β β β β β This was such an unpleasant experience. I never had customer service representative being so inefficient, ill mannered and unprofessional. We visited this place and the manager kept taking calls while attending us and then asked us to get a copy of aadhar card without checking if my sim card was working or not and then when I returned, the manager was gone. There was no Covid guidelines to be followed. Anyone was entering with no social distancing and no sanitization. There's no token service. Besides the ill-equipped store, there was only one person operating sim service and he too was poorly hired. He was working via an app on his phone and his app stopped working in the middle. He hardly had any idea of what he was doing and he kept asking the other guys around which were again had no idea to be civil. Before me, there was one customer and the rep couldn't solve his issue and said, I don't know, this is not working. And then during my turn, this said person said your sim card has been transferred to another number. That's all. Without even paying attention to all he asked us to. He didn't even offer a second option. He was more interested in getting us out of shop and chilling then doi g his job. There were 2 other people who were loitering around in the shop and chit chatting. They had no professional etiquette of receiving a client. They spoke in an I'll and crude way. Instead of solving the issue for the client and providing the best service, they were adamant on not doing their job. When I asked that I'd like to talk to your manager someone called a manager and informed me that he wouldn't come. This other person who talked poorly throughout the time had issues with Covid guidelines. He told me when women come with men. And we ask them to stand outside, they get mad. Which was such a laughable story to even comprehend amidst a global pandemic. I'm so so so disappointed with the entire experience of this shop and the Jio service. I'm giving up the entire idea of having a jio sim. I am not interested in using it. There are better networks with better hires and customer reps.

β β β β β They're scammers. This guy harsh who was least interested in giving a replacement sim. Later he fooled me by charging 175 instead of 25. Total fraudulent activities.

β β β β β Very poor service and include extra charges. I replaced the new sim 180/- rupees and he gave me one mobile stand and ask me you have to take this it is compulsory. Their landline no. is also not working. Not suitable for JIO product here JIO needs attention at this store. Completely robbing store
