★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst ever experienced that I've encountered so far in Jio stores in my town..... I was served by this guy Mr.Sandhani at this store, n he doesn't even care if the customer is in hurry n doesn't care about the priority of some unknown customer when someone of his person walk in....
I was thinking that's he's generous for waiting for us to pay online, since it was getting delayed by our bank..... But in the mean time, when some other person walked in, he went to him n made me wait 15min after my payment is done... When the process of recharge took 5min n our payment took 5 min of time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The jio executive was sleeping and didn't care to answer the questions. Very badly managed network store. Customer relations is a joke at Jio and all the drama was happening right infront of the manager who didn't bother to budge in.
