Today I went to this store to get Jio lost sim reissue and customer Care told me that I have to pay Rs. 25/- for the new sim.
This store took Rs.100/- from me for the same thing when I reached there.
I paid happily because atleast I knew as an aware customer, these extra Rs. 75/- are going to cost them a lot.
I have lodged a complaint too against the store. The sim was issued on name of "Vinod Tandon".
Any question regarding the case, store can reply and ask me here. I would love to clarify to those other people in same store if they are honest and working hard for reputation of the place where they are earning their bread.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed ?? Very very bad service by this store owner and they r spoiling the name of India's Largest and Biggest Telecom company Jio owned by Reliance Limited... They have no care of customers and don't care how much the customer is Harassed with their own mistakes.. Two days before I got sim swapped from them and it was rejected by company because of wrong image they clicked and after two days we visited again and they gave us a new sim after standing there for two hours and said that it will be activated in two or three hours but after ten hours the Sim has been activated yet and customer care asked that it was not processed yet by jio store personnel.... What's this.. I mean what kind of service they are providing to their customers and there is no drinking water and no ac in this hot ? weather was present.... Jio should take a strict action against these fraudsters

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jio representatives in Ludhiana are third class workers. They talk big like " we'll do your connection in 2 hours" OR " airtel can't even compare to us". But the reality is they are lazy, dishonest and procrastinators. For getting a jiofibre connection, I had to call and coordinate 3 times a day for over a week. They came, took 3 months' connection money and then the reps did not come back. On contacting their superiors,all I got is " I have sent the guy. How come he did not reach you? Let me get back". And I never got any call back. Same story repeatedly for over a week. Such dishonest, lacking credibility class of employees..I have never experienced earlier. I will not recommend Jiofibre services to anyone in Ludhiana.
