★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Duping people in the name of service..I went there to get fix of phone in warranty. They opened the phone and said phone was opened before there was no seal somewhere inside the phone ?? it's hardly in two months of use it stopped working and phone is in warranty why I go somewhere else to get the fix. Person was well aware of this But I think this service center is running a business parallel. He was not convinced and later gave me the solution to buy a new phone from the same service center an amount of 900 rupees. Since issue was escalated they gave a number to talk to their head ?? and in five minutes of discussion he offered me the same phone an amount of 600 ..convincing me he is not offering such but giving me 300 rupees discount. And discussion was not about my phone is in warranty and fix the issue ,it was offering a refurbish phone an amount of 600.
And he is saying this is from company ..if there is any issue in waranty phone and not able to fix the technical glitch ..they are proving refurbish phone but you have to pay extra money for it.... Be careful guys from this service center they are misleading and running a parallel business that jio company is not aware ..I have dropped a mail to jio company and waiting for their reply.please do share my comment and if anyone duped before ..please share your valuable comments .we can save other people from this trap..Jago grahak Jago??
