★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not so friendly service. The assistants were busy with their own work and took their own lavish time to attend queries and needs. They did not even care to clarify the need for a Prime membership but was very adamant about getting it done! Quite puzzled considering other users have marked them as 'friendly assistants'. Nevertheless, they were not rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Jio stores is always a pleasant treatment place. I experienced the same in this visit also. I reached stores just few minutes before closing of the stores. But the staff is so cooperative that they understood my exact requirements and guided me to go for perfect suitable plan. Surprisingly it was moderate plan and not the costliest. Also touchless delivery and on line payment system was available. It was great experience again and due to such amazing environment, Jio is getting every body's basic choice.
