The staff didn’t have minimum common sense how to treat the customer there was no proper response when we ask ,am suggesting for Jio please select the staff with good manner and guide then how to treat the customer

I visited there for converting my physical sim to esim and the store executives don't have knowledge at all about the esim process and if the process is getting failed due to otp issue and they are not at all trying to help the customer doing it again. Very bad customer experience I had during the visit and very bad executives.
