★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to store because I lost my SIM. Due to COVID, we were standing outside for 15 minutes and one person was allowed inside, that's fine in these times. To my surprise, when I asked for my SIM replacement, the executive told that I have to buy something apart from SIM Replacement fee, I did my recharge to lost number the day it was lost, so told the same, but the guy was reluctant and finally I have to do recharge of 149 on my other number. This is the worst thing I have experienced ever. If I am supposed to charge 25Rs fee for SIM replacement, I took that amount with me, it's completely my will whether I want recharge or not. The next thing, when I was doing payment, he told we will take cash inspite of having Swipe Machine with him, the guy told only cash, Machine doesn't work. Request JIO to work upon this, how is that possible JIO store doesn't have network on POS Machine, btw this machine works on GPRS signal, any network could have worked. Please resolve this issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a pathetic jio store they do not know what is customer satisfaction they don't even know how to treat customers when you will visit first you'll have to wait for about 15 minutes to 20 just for anyone to speak to you because they are sold in dust in the mobile phones and I do not know whom they are talking to that they will not even address you upon asking they will say that all the things are put up on the walls you can just have them and if you ask the rate they will just say they do not know it's written of their also if you will ask for any jio sim they will never provide you with the correct details they will always say come back after 10 days of 15 days they are always and always out of stock and if you even ask them a simple question they will rudely e just deny any knowledge of things they have pathetic service jio please take care
