Customer friendly. New SIM or portability can be done by all digital way. No need to bring hard copy of Aadhar. Just need to show original and they will scan your code. Will take photo there so no need of copy of your passport size photo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad ??, so bad experience. Only 2 staff people in the store available and always busy on there phones ( chatting or talking with someone on calls). I visited 3 times for getting a new mobile number but haven't got any single proper answer from the staff. When visited 2nd time of that store 1 person from the staff was eating Vimal while talking on a call and also not wearing mask and the droplets of that vimal water was coming out from his mouth and falling on the floor and the second person was having his lunch so I waited for him to finish his lunch and asked for the new prepaid number, I asked twice for the same thing but no reply. Then I asked third time then he spoke no we don't have, so I asked him that is there any contact no. Of the store so that I can call u and ask for the number availabilities then he said no we don't have any number, we r not provided with any numbers. I was like really??? If u r not then u can give your personal once. Also there was one female customer with me who came to buy a new phone from there from ONE PLUS Note 2, and the way he was talking with that lady customer was very rubbish. So rude and shameless staff. ?????????.
