β β β β β Cheater.. I went to buy one feature phone from jio and they told me that you have to buy power bank with it. Also there was no price on the phone box. They took Rs 2500/- for phone n power bank.
I got to know that this phone costs around 500 with jio connection and power bank price is Rs 1099/- only.
1st they lied that I have to purchase with power bank and secondly they charged high price. I asked for bill than they told there is no bill given as the price mentioned on the box of the phone is Rs 0.00

β β β β β Very bad staff behaviore. I visited 6 times to convert my jio sim to esim. Employee is half the time not there. When I complained they behaved rudely and asked my to go. Very very rude, lazy, laid back attitude and bad behaviour from staff. Half of the staff is absent most of the time. Never come here.

β β β β β Lathery of highest order. Didn't find any keenness to redress the problem faced by consumer. I'm running around for 3 days to get a duplicate sim card, but all my efforts failed. One excuse or the other..JIO will soon wind up its business if they maintain such performance.
