★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic place. Very bad experience. There are almost 5 to 6 people working there while all working on one phone. So basically only one person is working while others are not. They do not know to prioritise customers and just do whatever they feel like. Made us wait for 1 hr because they were waiting for that "one working phone" to be free. They try to finish whatever they think will get over fast and might take away the phone to help other customers while someone is helping you. For a place that depends on working with phone a lot having only have one phone with a bad service (so lot of time takes for their apps to work, and sometimes failing too) shows how much they don't care about their customers. While some technicians were ok with the attitude, some were down right ignoring us. Better find another jio centre for better service
