Store manager Dipankar Bardhan has no knowledge at all and kept asking for additional address proof as he is not satisfied with ADHAR Card as identity proof to issue a SIM. He just kept talking nonsense and telling me its your need. I recommend you all to avoid this store. Please avoid JIO store Laketown near Jaya Cinema.
JIO centre Bangur is the right place with educated and supportive staff available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I simply disagree with Mr. Herojit Thangjam review. Being a resident of Lake Town recently during the Durga Puja I visited the Store to purchase a Laptop for my own use. I was very much pleased with the cooperation and the support extended by the dealing representative.
I was there for around 2 hours to set ready my laptop and observed the Patience, Attentiveness, Communication skills, Knowledge of the Product and the Ability to 'read' customers of each of the store representatives especially the Store Manager Mr. Dipankar Bardhan. He was always there to fulfill the needs and to provide the best service with the best available rates to each of the customers visited.
I was very much impressed and will visit again for my next purchases.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not so good in providing service. ₹250/- not yet been returned from JIO (deposited for postpaid connection) which was said to be returned within 10 days (bank details provided to the service provider).I had given the bank details on 30th April 2021.
