★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service, they keep saying “wait” from 10.00 am , after 30 minutes of waiting they said come after 12 pm, disgusting.
Staff behaviour also not good.
They are busy selling oppo,vivo mobile phones, but not responded other crucial work related to jio sim , like prepaid to postpaid , except new jio sim.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shara mall jio store have to sale there products not sim if you buy mobile then they response and their behaviour is good
One you buy they will help you to get your deactivated sim
Initially they don't have any sim card (their response) but when I say I also have to buy a mobile then the person said show him mobile then provide him a sim card also
I don't know what kind of behaviour is this

my family is suffering because of them not able to contact my family they are out of station i purchased new sim Provide my all info today its 3rd day still sim is not working they told me it will work within half hour.
because of them not able to talk with my family who are in out of station
and now they are giving excuses.
