They didn't deliver parcel on time and doesn't give any tracking id .... They told us to call them for tracking purpose but they didn't told anything about parcel location... I was ready to give more more money and I paid 200 rupees extra. Still my parcel delivers 5 days late. So please improve your service otherwise nobody will use your service.
