★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super bad service. They were supposed to send us an altered dress a week back and still they haven’t. We have called multiple times but they always keep giving false commitments.
Definitely I don’t recommend buying anything from here. They really need to focus meeting customer commitments.

I heard so much about My My ( known to sell the best quality )
I bought loreal professionale ( white and golden) shampoo and masque recommended after keratin treatment from MY MY
I was extremely shocked when i used the masque it was so light with different smell and consistency than the actual real product.
I tried to cross check my masque and then the truth revealed i was given a duplicate version of masque named 'mask' and i felt so cheated.
SAME BODY SAME VISUALS AS THE ORIGINAL BUT MY MY SELLS DUPLICATE PRODUCTS INSIDE THEM.
Shame on such people who use such unfair means to earn money

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These people do not take any customer problem seriously. Sales staff motivated me to buy a colorbar lipstick costing 1299 which came out to be dry and vanishes within an hour. On talking about this to the head of the store and the sales staff they were unresponsive and ignored my issue. They FALSELY motivated me to buy a costly lipstick which wasn't a good product.
