★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a very bad experience. Ordered a moon lamp for my husband's bday worth Rs. 3000 on August 12, 2021. Till date, the order has not been delivered nor have I received any updates on my order. I have tried sending messages to them on Insta to which automatic replies come. On calling them and enquiring, they kept on saying that the item will be despatched next day. Very poor service. Please don't get cheated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent product just loved the way they customized exactly the way i wanted? As i have given them Arabic Calligraphy name to be done..i was bit worried whether it would be the same as im imagining cause i was the first one to order Arabic name.
But it just turned out be the exact same way i wanted ????

- The finishing of the product is very bad.
- The adapter got burned and went off in 15 sec.
- The glass is full of scratches.
- Packaging is very bad.
- The glass finishing has turned black.
- The total weight of the product is so light, that with a little breeze it falls off.
- Unworthy product built by a totally untrustworthy team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ? I placed an paid order on 20th april and it is mentioned that order will be deliveredwithin5 days, it is not yet shipped. And customer support is not supportive. And not responding. And yesterday was Saturday.. i tried to connect whole day. And customer care clearly told that, it may take upto 7 days to deliver..which is already mentioned that product will be delivered in 5 days, today is 4th day and still product is not shipped

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please don't buy anything from this site. The people who handles the customer service is completely into tricking the customers and lying to them. It's been one and half months after i received a product that was not what I had requested for and asked for replacement for which first they lied that it was dispatched and returned, and later asked me to wait as they were running out of some props for the item. Clearly, they lied about the dispatch and return earlier. And i literally had to run behind them for a refund for almost 2 months. And when i call them to enquire they abruptly disconnect the call or gives a false assurance of calling back in 10-15mins or stops answering the call after seeing the number. So please order from a place where you get a better customer service if something goes wrong.
