★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service.. the AC broke down twice a season, and had to chase the owner/mechanics for atleast 7-8 days until the problem was solved..
They will ignore your calls after you have complained about the problem.
Would suggest to go for a higher rent rather than having a poor service at slightly lesser amount.
