★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service and terrible customer service from the team, do not rely on these people for any reports I had to miss my flight as these guys did not submit the RTPCR report on time and the customer care agent so called Shreyas (not true if that's his name) just hangs up the call saying we cannot do anything and switches off the number. Never ever go for any kind of service with these guys

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a very positive experience with my rehabcare for rt-pcr home collection and testing. I put in a request at 7 am, the collection was around 11 am, got the results at 1am the next day. I had chosen the standard package which had the SLA of 24 hours. Special mention to Kalimullah from their team to assisting us throughout.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked the service via Mygate, booked it between 4-5pm.
The guy shows up at 9pm with no explanation whatsoever, I wasn't able to get intouch with them over call or email. The report said 16 hours but took close to 24hrs. Used to be a reliable service but now it doesn't seem like anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked RTPCR through mygate app. Writing this review after 24 hours of wait and even SRF ID is not created till now. No customer service is available, no one picks the call or revert back. Person who collected sample says my duty is just to collect sample and I don't know what happens with the sample. Totally fraud company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had requested for express RT PCR and routine blood tests for 21 Jan22 morning so that We could get the report by 8pm as we were travelling. Got the reports earlier which was a pleasant surprise. We were interacting with Salim who ensured that the reports were made available in time. The technician Sayed who had come for the test did a good job. Overall it was a good experience, would have given 5 stars but decided to give 4 stars since the RT PCR test report did not mention DOB because of that could not upload it.

I paid for express to get the report within 10-12 hours, however I received the report after the flight took off .The sample itself was collected 4 hours late and I received the report after 14 hours making it a total of 18 hours process. Thankfully, I had kept another option else I wouldn't be able to board the flight. It was a terrible customer experience causing a lot of inconvenience. I was also unable to contact the lab customer care number and the person who collected the sample was rude and didn't take any responsibility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic experience. Had given samples for RT PCR. Their website claims that reports are delivered in 16 hrs. However, when I called the support number after 20 hours, the person said that the website information is wrong the report would take 24 hours. Fair enough. Called again after 24 hours. The guys said he has no update and disconnected the call. After that they are not picking the call. I am not getting this done free of cost. I have paid a premium to these cheats.
