★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience with the service..both the gift mart and the courier..they are not at all feeling responsible..there is no option for tracking,when u call giftmart they vl say the item is shipped and now u track in google through the courier services..when i called courier services nobody is responsible on their duty to give information..everyone says call so and so number and this is not my duty..very delayed delivery that too after chasing them through many calls..NOT AT ALL SUGGESTABLE..VERY BAD SERVICE..

Pathetic customer support and had to literally chase them for delivery, post delivery also I ended locating courier as well (which was running 3 days delayed). After so much of chase, when I opened the parcel - to my horror the customization was not what i ordered. Really regret ordering!!!
Not recommended at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service, did not received my order nor refund (prepaid order). Even after so many calls and emails. No system to track your order and team says that we have dispatched and you now follow up with courier partner (only once they attended the call). No other way to contact these cheaters and frauds.
Don't know how many people they have cheated before, may be this is their revenue model. Be careful when you order from here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was checking the authenticity of the site before placing an order of 25 Cross pens (about Rs.2300 each). And what better than checking Google Reviews.
Turns out that all the 5 stars reviews are fake. People who rated this company high have at most 5-7 reviews to their names and most of them to same companies. Paid-Fake reviews.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a worst worst experience with these guys. Had purchased an expensive gift but they are so lethargic and careless about their customers. I have opted for express shipping by paying an extra amount and kept on pushing them personally on their business whatsapp account to make the product ready and ship it without any delay but these guys just don't care about us and caused a lot of delay in shipping and as a result I didn't received the product till now and don't know when it will reach. I use to request them everyday to make the product ready but they won't listen to you. Guys please avoid this website if you want to gift a product to your loved ones. Still if you go for this website you will become a victim like me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please do not order from this website. The staff are extremely unprofessional and do not respond to your queries. I placed an order for an engraved pen and when it was delayed, I asked why. They said they would ship it the next day and then ignored my calls and messages for a month before finally telling me that it's out of stock. When asked for the refund, I had to chase them for another month and then they just stopped responding altogether and I did not get my money back. The worst e-commerce website I have used in India and I would not recommend it to anyone
