Puntuality- Excellent. Came 15 mins early
Work- Excellent. Gave a best look at a less price. Your hairstyling changed the entire look and made her beautiful.
Precautions- You came during Corona pandemic, but you took all necessary precaution by maintaining the safety of client.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There can be nothing more “UNPROFESSIONAL” than not turning up on the event date without informing. I had booked the Service through Surabhi and she confirmed and took note of my date, address and time of the event but switched off her phone and neither replied to the messages on the day of the event.
She had informed me that she will share with me the details of the artist who will come but there was no courtesy shown on her part to either send the contact details or apologize for the same. I kept waiting for her call/reply till an hour before my event but finally had to hire another artist at the last moment.
As a frequent Reviewer on Google, I would tag her as “Highly unreliable”. Book at your own risk. They may be good at their work but it is of no use if you cannot cater to your clients on the occasion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very negative experience at this makeup salon, these guys are unprofessional and ruine wedding day by asking for additional money to me in between my reception, they took so much time in doing hair and makeup, also they didn't do sider as decided still they asked extra money for cab, wherein it was decided that their travel will be arranged by themselves. I was embarrassed in front of my friends and family members present there. It could have been sorted out later, but surabhi and her hairstylist were very dissapointing. It's been over a year now for this...but had to share my experience.
