Ankit Jian owner should look into his Clients problem personally . call drops .out of 6 department 2 only working and 4 not . I am your Client since last three years and your service have drastically gown down. REFUND MY MONEY OR FIND FAULT IN SOFTWARE AND RECTIFY MY PROBLEM .

β β β β β I'm running an agency with team of 60 members and started using services of MyOperator from last week of April to till date. My experience with them is completely horrible. i was facing issues like call missed and voice clarity from the first day and gave almost 2 months to them to get it resolved. Now, after 2 month their team has stopped taking calls.
Customer Support, which is the backbone of any company providing any services , is very poor.
Don't waste your money and time. They don't deserve and respect it.

β β β β β Very poor and bad customer support. No after sales service available. Even after so many reminders the sales person Mr.Shubham doesn't care to reply back or get the issue resolved. He was in constant touch only till the time you have purchased the product , after that he is just ignoring and not even responding back. DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SUPPORT . Totally unprofessional.

β β β β β Be ready for frequent technical problems if you want to use myoperator. They will make you their guinea pig to resolve their tech queries. I have 6months subscribers and 2months of tech query and about 50emails back and forth to resolve it. With all this trouble and business loss myoperator is offering me 7days extension in next renewal ( funny, as they dont understand value of no ongoing service till 1month because their technical issues with Vodafone operator)

Worst service provided by the team and the management.
I have been using their SMS services for a while for OTP. I have never come across such a company where the team has no clue of what they are doing what so ever. Seems like their servers are hacked and are sending random SMS from different client accounts.
When raised they first deleted all the history and claimed that they don't know what happened. They made me by another 50K SMS. Of the 50K 49K went missing this time and when raised they say they are looking into it. They take weeks to respond on emails as well. If you are a strartup I would most definitely suggest you to not to go with MYOPERATOR what so ever.
Had to drop 50+ emails and followups for an issue which is not resolved yet.
I had known the founder personally. But, did not expect such horrible experience from them and such unreliable product.
