Do not be fooled by the positive reviews! Had one of the worst experiences. Cancellation of bike NOC was nothing short of nightmare and not to mention very high charges 3.5k! The person who attends your call initially would speak professionally and promise of the best service. But then once it is transferred to a team, your nightmare will begin. No knowledge of the RTO processes/requirements. I travelled to Pune RTO from Delhi for my presence before the RTO officer for the NOC cancellation. Even after that they will throw new things every now and then, from saying that the clerk is not OK with the affidavit (signed by the SDM!!!)and asking you to do the affidavit creation on your own. Even though they promised all things would be taken care of by them and it was considered as part of the payment. They are quite clueless most of the time and surprises are a common thing. Another issue was follow up. Unless you ping them to ask for status, they will keep silent. They will use you as a guinea pig to do on the job training. Stay away for your own good. It is better to approach the agents sitting in the RTO office to get your work done as they are involved in it day to day rather than these clueless people! Edit 1 - Response to the reply First of all, just a couple of days before I was to travel to Pune, you people called and said that you cannot prepare the affidavit from your end and that only I can get it done! Rather than finding out a way to get the affidavit done, you people made me take leave from my work and run to the government office and get the affidavit. This cost me a good amount of money considering it is a government office! In addition after the RTO visit and the documents verified by the RTO officer, you people throw another googly when I return to Delhi that the affidavit was rejected by some clerk in the RTO office and that I need to get an affidavit again by telling SDM how to do his work. That's when I was on the verge of dropping this, and out of no where you people were able to create an affidavit for me! Why couldn't you get this done in the first place when there was a way to create the affidavit on behalf of me and I was pleading with you to do the same. Is this not ignorance and incompetence on your part for making me lose my money and time from work? What is the use of hiring an agent when i have to get all the things done and you charge me 3.5k? When I told you all these things and asked you to reconsider the price, you people called and asked me to pay extra for the affidavit before you can send my original documents to me! Kindly introspect your team's actions before you start calling your customer's response as ungrateful! I do not want another person to suffer the same fate as mine.

Extremely pleased with the services. I had to get NOC non utilization certificate and there is little guidance available online. I contacted MyRTO and they handled the issue in a best professional way. I got the documents shipped back to me within 9-10 days. Would highly recommend MYRTO for any RTO related services!

I did RC renewal of my bike. I paid the fees in stages as per requirement on upi I'd of myrto. I uploaded copies of documents on whatsapp number. No need to go to rto office. Even I took pick up and drop facility by extra payment, to present my bike to rto officials. The person came to my home and took my bike to present at rto office and dropped back in 2 hours. It was good and prompt service. Response to my questions and doubts was in time. All communication happened via whatsapp and direct calls. Satisfied with overall service.

They don’t pick up calls, nor they give call back for any service. At times you will find the number is engaged cause they will be talking to someone but at very next moment they will just ignore your calls. Don’t rely on them.

The service of my rto is extremely good. They collect my RC from Pune rto and post me to Nagpur in 6 to 7 days they update me every time about my RC status. Very professional work. And also they are not charging the speed post charges..

I had a good experience with them You can trust them they will keep updating you about the progress of your work. Price was little bit more but the quality of service is value for the money. In short you can go with them.

I have recently used their services and strongly recommend it for any RTO related services. Updating mobile no# can be done instantly and RC transfer happened in 3-4 days.
