A friend and I visited the Mystery Owl last week. The room was fun and challenging! As we were only 2 of us trying to solve a 4 person mystery room.
There were a few glitches but we had a good time nevertheless.
Kudos to the super fun and warm receptionist. Right from responding to my calls, to WhatsApp confirmations of the timings to our completion she was super warm ?
I hope the management sees this and recognises her value addition to Mystery Owl ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was a fantastic way to celebrate my birthday ? ?, awesome fun to solve the puzzle ,brainstorming with friends, getting clues, finally getting my presents in the mystery box during the game ... extremely friendly staff. Flexible to start early upon our request. Thank you Mystery owl for making my birthday a special one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am amazed, the experience was so refreshing. I took my family to this place. Everyone were super happy and charged with excitement. I would definitely go back to challenge my code breaking skills.. the rooms have different themes and difficulty levels. Absolutely recommend if you like to solve things.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being a huge fan of the mystery/escape room concept I was super excited when I came across Mystery Owl. Having played and replayed all the rooms in Indranagar and Koramangala, this came as a welcome change. Aishwarya was a great host and made us feel welcome! Parking can be a challenge but I would recommend parking on 80 feet road and walking from there. Reasonably priced, well designed and loads of fun.

Just because we were two people. You didn't have to be rude to us. Yes it was my cousin's first time. You could have helped is in the last 10 minutes. That's your intelligence. Instead I had to propose to cancel due to time wastage.
I'm very sorry to have wasted your precious time and money. I will never be coming back to this place again. Happy now
I suggest you guys to check out breakout rooms Koramangala (They know the definition of customer service)
Remember customer is your Bread and butter.
I basically lost my interest in escape room because of one person.
Learn to speak to people. I could show the same behaviour whenever I wanted to
The only reason I rated two stars is because the other staff was polite and spoke normally with hospitality

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was an awesome experience. Enjoyed a lot. Dint even realize how time flew by while solving the puzzles. This is the best place not only for those who love puzzles also for those who wants to have fun get togethers. I will suggest this as team activity at office. Already planned next visit. Host is very friendly , thanks for making our time even more enjoyable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve become a huge fan of Mystery Owl escape rooms - BEL road and this is a rare find in B’lore. You can’t ask for a better & fun filled experience. They have put together some refreshing and unique themes which keeps us really engaging & our minds occupied. It is suitable for all age groups and I would definitely say it’s a great entertainment option. Me & my family enjoyed to the fullest. Kudos to the amazing staff for making it memorable. PS - The outlook & maintenance of the Escape rooms are top-notch.??
