β β β β β They don't pay their employees and trainers. Many people have lost their money after enrolling in and no training has been conducted. Trainers are litteraly begging their money but "venkat" isn't paying them. Avoid this scammers guys

β β β β β A really scamy company. This guys don't even pay to their employees nor trainer so what can we expect in return? The training will be of course not good and satisfying. The owner keep saying that he will pay his employees but he doesn't and then just blocks his employees. So don't fall in this scams

So my name is Om and I worked in mytectra for one month and I didnt liked the culture of the company so I said to Mr Venkat that I don't wanna work anymore on call. And literally after that call, he started to ignore me. When I asked about salary, he started saying that he won't pay me coz I didnt serve notice period then I tried reaching him MANY times, he just ignored my messages and calls. And I didn't knew about the notice period, after I talked with him I was even ready to work one more month for the notice period time. But he ignored and ignored. Then I kept a review on google and I got a call back from him. And he asked me to remove my review and he offered me 2 things. One was to give him commitmentof working 6 months with him and another option was I have to wait one whole month to get the salary. I chooses second option. And he just kept delaying the payment and now its more than 3 months and he has blocked me. And I wasn't able to give my reply on reviews so I am posting review from this I'd. Be aware of me, he doesn't oag his employees nor his trainers. Do your own research before enrolling with him

So I have worked in mytectra and the scam they are doing is so real. They just hire people from sites like linkeldn and they charge you much more amount for the training. And the trainers are not even getting their payment. I left the job in mytectra in the month of December 2021. And the founder(Venkat) hasn't paid me. He told me he will make the payment by January 10th. I have tried calling him SO MANY times, he didn't received. Then he has been saying next week, and next week and next week. And its 19th match today, I still haven't received the payment. He is not responding to my texts and calls. I got to know that other employees are also not getting paid on time. So kindly do your research before enrolling or joining in mytectra

The sessions are good even they provide a session recorded videos there we can make a notes special thanks to Rahul sir for his patience and his explaination . It was my first experience with Python and I enjoyed it very much! A lot of thanks to Rahul sir and all team of mytectra , who made this course so interest and understandable.

β β β β β A bunch of frauds. Took my entire money of Rs 20000 for the course. And as they did not pay the trainer, the trainer stopped the classes as he was unpaid. Which they generally do with the trainers. I reached out to MyTectra/Mr Venkat (A fraudster by profession) 100 times to arrange the classes ASAP, but he did not respond to me any time. They gulped the entire money. They will ask to pay the entire money once 30% of course is done. I raised Consumer forum complain: 3068528. Raised a police complain with Bangalore cyber police as well. Will pursue the case in consumer court once I am free from my professional engagements. I have all evidences to win my case.
Once again, stay away from these fraud institutes.
