Few things need to be noted by management.
Mechanical head is cannabis who eats his own resources to save his job. At least 50 people had lost their lively hood due to his hectic mindset.
HR team is another psychic array who don't stand for employees... Always trying to draw attention of management to survive. We asked to change food from past few months but no one cares . As there is no use to bring the issue to management as they really relay on these so called selfish managers.
always we saw that team members are goats nd loose jobs due to nasty decisions of Heads and these things are never projected to upper management.
There is no respect to Proffesion untill these heads change.
Finally it's proved the they will be punished by God soon.
I will definitely try not to recommend any one till these middle management changes..

β β β β β Mythri is a Raju caste nepotism company. They name HR job as Assistant HR. They also pay variable pay to employees hurting their PF contributions. The Management also devises Murder plans to continue their Contract. A grade fraud company. Now I have to put case in Labour court for judgement.
