I'm satisfied with the tutor which myurbantutor has sent for my son studing in class 12th in sadik nagar.

MANOJ SHARMA IS FRAUDSTER. He will take your money and run away. Please do not deal with these creatures.

Myurbantutor has provided me with a home tutor just like the one who I always wanted for my son studing in class 11th in Defence Colony.

Manoj Sharma is fraudster, do not deal with this company. They will run away with your money or provide you a complete uneducated teacher. Later on they will change the company name and keep up with their scam game.

Mr. Manoj Kumar is not an ideal person to deal with. Provided a teacher with very inadequate knowledge, later refused to refund my fees. He will take payment in advance and then run off. Do not pay this guy a single dime in advance.

This institute is cheater....Fraud...and whatever you can say...Mr. Manoj Sharma will not talk to you...Always keep texting...He will not tell you the terms and condition prior....After paying Rs.1500...they will ask you to pay for 10 Classes not 10 Rest...So pls..I request you all think twice or thrice before joining this Institute... These are their Terms and Condition.....That They will tell you after paying Rs 1500/ MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING/AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE INSTITUTE(“EDUUCATOR.COM.” ) AND TUTOR THIS AGREEMENT is executed at New Delhi on Nov 27, 2019 , Between Mr Pawan Kumar , s/o of Mr.Raj Kumar Sharma, resident of House No. – R-22,4 th Floor,Ginni Apartment,Khirki Ext, New Delhi first party and the Eduucator.com(hereinafter referred to as “Institute” which expression shall unless it be repugnant to the context be deemed to mean and include its representative, Administrators and permitted assigns) of the Second party. WHEREAS the tutor, the First Party is the seeker of tuition/assignments, who have applied to the Institute , the second Party for grant of tuition/assignments to him/her and got himself/herself registered with the institute. The tutor and the Institute have agreed with free consent to the terms and conditions as mentioned below:- 1. That the tutor, the First Party, requiring the services of the Institute shall pay registration fee of Rs.1500/, which is a non-refundable amount charged for the services and maintenance of Institute’s office or on the procedure of registration expenditure. This registration is valid for one year only from the date of registration. 2. That the Eduucator.com is not a simple/ordinary/un-registered/un-organized tuition bureau. It is a registered, organized, reputed Institute having huge brand name, goodwill, faith and is committed to services. It aspires to provide maximum safety and monetary compensation to its registered tutors. 3. That, as commission/service charge/consultancy fees first 10 classes (not 10 hours) tuition fees shall be charged by the institute from every assignment/tuition .Payment/fees of the assignment/tuition shall be provided after the completion of every 10 classes to the tutor. In case of package assignment, the payment would be made after the completion of the package as a whole. 4. That payment procedure and rate of assignments shall be decided in the beginning of the deal between the tutor and the institute. It needs to be very clearly understood by the tutor that he/she shall accept the tuition fees as per his deal with the institute and shall in no case bother over the deal between the party/parents/student/client and the institute (it means the tutor has no concern about the deal between the party/parents and the institute). 5. That the Eduucator.com will have the final say in deciding the fees/charges. The tutor shall not be entertained to interfere in these matters until and unless asked for his/her consent/advice. The tutor shall have no right to make any direct deal /discussion or disclose transaction/sharing (between the institute and the tutor) about tuition fees with the party/parents failing which he/she shall be deposed to very serious offence which may lead to a tutor cancellation of registration forever and also a penalty of Rs.50, 000/ to cover up the

Fake fake fake. Stay away from these fraud listed business. They are just here to cheat you and take your money. You wont ever get a receipt of your registration fee. You will never get the "contract" that you signed. You will always get fake talks. Manoj Sharma is a cheat. He has no office in select citywalk mall. He will take your moeny and run away. If you have already paid the registration fee, you can still save your thousands by not joining that tution. After your classes or assignment are complete, he will not return your money. How can people like him, run his family. Cant even do hardwork to feed his family. Just cheats people. Stay away from these guys.
