★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cosmos Society in near to Hatkesh Mira Road, in society very huge parking area, very old building but Good location and Good connectivity , Normal cost flat price you can Compare to locality one important thing there During monsoon session water logging problem. Auto stand is near to this apartment. Club house available and swimming pool also but now days swimming pool under maintenance
I am giving 4 star because of connectivity to the building

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ N. G. Paradise is fine residential CHS in Hatkesh vicinity that renders commodious 1 & 2Bhk flats within affordable furnished buildings.
The place has great commuting options as the highway is in the backyard, at 400 meters, and one can swiftly travel towards Andheri and ahead.
This building number 7, along with the 8th built later, were completed later than the first 6 buildings, surrounding the park and swimming pool from 3 sides. Building number 7 and 8 are adjoined in a structure while 9th one is at a little distance with a cavity that leads to backyard parking and jogging place.
