There's water scarcity almost everywhere in Thane, and same is the scenario here.
Every building has a lift and complex is under CCTV surveillance.
Also has a good play area in the middle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a very nice society and has a friendly crowd. There was an issue with parking but now they have acquired a place opposite to society for parking. The vihar has a small garden as well. They also celebrate some festivals together.
Some negative factors-
There is water shortage
Parking is an issue but it seems they are working on same
Far from Thane station. 2 years back it use to take Rs. 60- 70 from N.G.Vihar to Thane station.
