Be it strength training, muscle building or weigh loss, he is well aware of all the right muscles to Target and all the right variations to take. If you don't believe me, go visit his studio to experience the same by yourself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed , after lockdown period end they are no continued my old member ship . I can understand gym owners losses in lockdown period but i am not also millionaire . This situation feels me awakward i am not asking for refund and anything but i cant continue on this gym . Who takes responsibility for losses,,, owners ne clints par daal diya bojh or Clint's kis par daale ???? Its just my opinion i can't continue at this gym . Without good relationship with clints there in no business run flawlessly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice gym fantastic job by the team, trainer and the team at the best of skills, facilities are great and excellent, its the only gym in cabarete for me, the trainers at NK have offered me incredible guidance and the gym is symply just a fun place to hang out just go and have the same experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Gym timings are 6.00 am to 11.00 am but it will open with respective their convenience they are not customer centric, In the COVID time they closed the Gym and they are not extend the subscription and after that they are problem with landlord of the Gym they're again closed the Gym for 2 months, Now they are saying we will not allow the person to use Gym for 2 time in the day.
