All Products have high range not according to their Quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bad experience shopping from N.N. Clothing. As originally I'm not from Delhi, so I ordered online. While talking to the vendor, I mentioned him very specifically about the articles that I need.
But when I received the parcel, one of article was completely different. When I called him back, I was told to send it back. And then we will adjust this in your next order. But the issue is that why should I bear the cost for sending it back. I paid the full amount that I'm asked for, included shipping and all. It's not my fault at all, then why should I bear any kind of loss. It's clearly vendor's fault and it's his responsibility to arrange the pickup for the wrong article and send me back the correct one. The other articles quality was good. Not saying the quality is bad in any way but the online customer service is pathetic!!
