★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Campus is almost good. Mostly export companies and few IT organisations are in the boundary. Also known as with the call name Boundary. Green place and clean place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a horrible place to have an office in.
1. It is very far from everything
2. ZERO maintenance. Parts of it look like a war zone or an abandoned ghost town. There are broken buildings and garbage strewn everywhere.
3. Perhaps the only place in the world where employees need to pay Rs 10 at the gate to access their office- DAILY. That's Rs 220 a month and more than Rs 2500 in a year that you are paying. Nobody knows for what?
4. Public transport is non existent, and no rickshaws or autos can be found inside. If you dont have your personal vehicle, you are simply expected to walk 1-2 kms to reach your office from the main gate in the sun. The only other option is a cab.
5. If you dont have a car or two wheeler and you have missed the office bus or worse if your office does not have one, then you are in for a world of pain. Either walk 1-2 kms to the main gate to get an auto or book a cab which will come after minimum 15 mins, if it comes at all. Drivers cancel when they see NSEZ.
6. There are hardly any shops inside for tea and refreshments. You are completely dependent on your office. The ones that are there are either too expensive or too dirty

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nsez is a hub of more than 100 companies comprised of IT, finance, and manufacturing domain. Recently the roads insides the premises have been reconstructed so commute is really easy now. To get the vehicle inside you either need to get an entry slip by paying RS. 10/- which is valid for a day or get an annual pass which can be received from the nsez office by paying rs. 600/- .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a business park where most of the companies are available. Entry is not available to every person. People who have valid Id can can enter here. There is no public transport facilities available inside the noise special economic zone. So if you don't have your own vehicle then it is difficult to travel inside. Because it is not small park you have travel by walk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NSEZ was greatly industrial area, but goods checking system and security person are very lazy and care less, so take long time and lost time for checking system, that's are correction for the costumer and visit personal

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Work sector for all companies here and really nicely maintained place but in rain its like flooded area for people withou car you have to swim to come office.
Other its really greatplace to work and one more thing this sector has only one canteen outside office for which walking is not a good option.

Here in this zone there are almost 280 different IT and manufacturing companies.
Which exports out of India , all the products goes through NSEZ surveillance and cross-check hy Appraiser and preventive officers.
Anyway you may find so many loop holes as well in everything but things here are far better sometimes ?.
This part also give good opportunities and jobs to many people's.
Parks are mostly maintained by companies itself and roads by government so you can see the differences as well???
