The builder has built few projects in Tapoban City and believe me, once you buy a flat all hell will loose upon you. You will always feel like a tenant and will never feel like a owner. They will never handover the project to the residents. They will try their best to loot you for several purposes. In terms of Generator they will collect a large sum of money from you in cash but they will never provide individual connection to your flat from the DG. They will collect this sum in cash because later on you do not have a say in this coz you don't have an invoice. In the name of maintenance they will provide no real value rather it's a way of generating a passive income for them. They will not plant a tree, no sitting bench in the ground, no paving of the ground. Most materials are cheap and poor quality used in construction. They will find out ways to manipulate you, coerce you or bother you in infinite ways.
