★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Flats are good but Builder has done JV so the previous land owners are still in dilema that that land is still owned by them and that is why lots of rowdiness seen, and is unsafe society, badly managed, no body pays maintenance so lifts are shut down, unhygienic place no cleanliness, also Mr.Patwardhan is also non responsive, build quality of flats is average...
