β β β β β The marriage registration staff is very helpful and efficient, especially the lady on the counter (Ms. Chitra). As a suggestion, the website of ulbharyana needs to be updated to include separate procedure STEPS for online and offline applications. This will help citizens get the registration done without any confusion. Also, the ulbharyana website and the e-disha website should show the same status of a particular application.

β β β β β I came to Nagar Nigam office at Pachkula sector 4 to apply death certificate. The person seating at counter number 4 said to me that you have to pay Rs.15 for late fees because you are applying late. I stood in line for 2 hours but even after that the fees was not deposited. Sometimes their website was shutting down, then it was running. The staff there, they are providing very poor service. Even in covid situation there no one is maintaing distance of 2 yards. This is govt

β β β β β Haryana sarkaar ka office.... all government related public services under one roof.... this building was a community center some 3-4 years ago... But Pkl administration took over the community centerβs building and opened this office.... you can pay electricity, phone, water bill. Many other facilities also available for which please check out the image attached herewith...

β β β β β Well I'll say a great place with proper guidance and also with proper line and first come first serve basis, the infrastructure is really good with great cooling in summers and not so cold in winter due to closed gates and windows.
Also the guards are most of the time there on gates as u can see in picture.

Great place with great infrastructure. You will get proper guidance from the guards or counters. A big parking lot and clean surrounding too.
Also have a vita milk booth inside MC office area campus for the refreshments.

β β β β β I went there around 9 AM and all staff available in the office. I took the token from main entrance right side machine. I went to the counter no 5 one Mam (Monika)is sitting there I asked her about Birth certificate process and she gave me form to fill and explain each and everything in very polite way. I really thank full to her.

β β β β β One of the most required government office for citizens. The place is very good and easily reached to the people. The staff is very cooperative and cool. It takes 10-15 days for birth certificate and everyone should submit their forms within 20 days from birth of child. Everyone should be aware of it. Most people doesn't.

β β β β β I went for get my baby birth certificate. Concerned staff is very supportive, they guide me politely to fill the form and submission. but I saw there were some people who looks confused with there files. There must be a helpdesk counter for general information
