The park is a very good place for all the age groups to refresh. There is a walking track all around the park and a children's park too.

Nagaravanam Park is inaugarated by CM Chandra babu naidu garu on Nov 4, 2017. Spread over 520 acres, it has all types of plants and trees and has Nakshtra Vanam, Rasi Vanam, Panchavati. Surrounded by hills it has beautiful scenaries. It has walking path of 4 kilometers. Many more things are getting added in near future. Since it just started, no lights are fixed at present. So advised to visit before sunset to avoid any danger from insects from the trees around.

Entry ticket 10rs. Good holiday spot. Can spend 2-4 hours. Has valuable knowledge about Rasivanam, Nakshatra vanam. Good collection of trees, shrubs and bushes with labelled names. Has a good open yoga spot which has a stunning early morning sunrise view from between 2 hills. Well built walking track. No electricity connections yet. Have to come out of park at maximum by 5:30pm or remote and no safety.

It's a beautiful place for nature lovers - serene atmosphere, chirping birds, buzzing insects & other ambient forest sounds. I have been there a couple of times in the last 2 years. It's always a joy visiting this forest park. Park is open all 7 days of the week. Timings: 9am - 5pm. (photo attached). These are new & correct timings as I have inquired & confirmed with the gate staff. However, timings used to be different in the past. So, don't get confused with the old timings. Entry ticket is ₹20 for adults & ₹10 for kids (Photo attached). There is a small canteen available, before entering the park, with few snacks & drinks for higher than MRP price. Actually a lot higher than MRP - One sprite MRP ₹38, canteen price ₹45. Its a 500 acre park. The whole walking track (trail/stretch) around the park is roughly 5 km. Walking around the park is very exhausting. I went there on sep 22, 2019 around noon. Couldn't walk more than a kilometer due to humidity & heat. Note: Don't roam around the park just by yourself, because it's very deserted in the inside areas. Moving in groups is advisable, especially when ladies are there. You will find a few monkeys here & there, if you get lucky. There is a Raasi vanam, Red sandal wood vanam, Medicinal plant vanam & a mini Children's park. Covering all of them at a stretch would be a tough task even during last week of september month. Couple of toilets are available there (Beware, atleast 600-900m walk/climb to reach them). From the main entrance gate, one toilet is 600m walk which includes a 300m uphill climb. Second toilet is 900m walk (no uphills in this way). Note: Ask for keys to the toilets before going there. Vehicles are not allowed inside the park. However, good parking space is available in the premises. Sai - Park worker, nice guy. You can ask him for any help. Ramakrishna - Forest in-charge, good person. Maintenance of the park is a bit on the lower side based on what I have noticed - trash (plastic cool drink bottles, chips packets, etc.,) here & there all over the park, especially around the sitting benches. Please take care of it. I took it to the notice of the forest in-charge regarding the cleanliness of the park. He responded positively and said that he would work on it. Hope for the best.

It seems government or forest department is not showing any interest in developing this park further, the air pollution around this park comes from the nearby stone crushers is damaging the cleanliness or freshness of the trees This is a beautiful place around GUNTUR, must visit place
