Some good shops like dairy shop, grocery shop, masala shop, cake shop, wholesale garlic and onion potato shop and Pooja instruments shops are present which are convenient.
Some shops are on 1st floor.
No parking provided, person has to park near road.
Currently complex structure is good and not impacted by rain since 10 years

2. Local market you will get all your basic need here.
3. No vehicle toying for traffic blocking vehicles parked. You will hardly see traffic department people managing traffic or illegal parking.
