★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was purchased in other projects of same builder.The newly contracted THE SPACE Highrise building.i was face some issues like wall crack poor quality material used in amenities flat and windows and also lift and water supplies is manual.so plz if purchased your dream home so think of thousand time otherwise feel guilty......same me.

Material used for construction is not as per quality standard
Crack in walls, finishing of surface, moisture in walls, drainage problems, etc
Payment method changes person to person
Having moisture issue, aminities issues
We complained many times but solution not provided

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have purchased House in The Space At madhapar Chok ( old project of this builder ) and It has been worst project i have ever seen.They have false commitment to their customers and used poor quality of material.
Further, They have not provide society according to the Brochure. In less than 1 year Crack and crevices found in the Wall from top floor to Ground floor. Tiles damaged,Moisture problem in all flats.
So,Think twice and take wise decision before buying flats from this builder.

Very cooperative by nature and the best place with combination of professional & personal touch. I have visited personally and felt one of the best project in Rajkot city. They think beyond your expectations.
