★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shree Nageshwar temple is one of the largest temple in Moshi area, pimpri Chinchwad Pune. This Shiva temple is a famous temple in Maharashtra. It is also considered to be one of the jyotirling in India. The mythology says that the MahaNaga or Mahasarpa which have the nag mani is said to leave it's mani in this place hence the Nageswar name. There is big grand festival happens here annually at Shivratri which lasts for 3 days around Shivratri. I am attaching here photos of the festival at Shivratri. If you are in Pune it is a must visit place if you like to explore religious places in and around Pune.
