★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional behaviour. The clinic is not even following Social Distancing at the time of covid. There were no sanitizer in the clinic. And staff and patients yelling at each other in the clinic. When I felt uneasy sitting/waiting inside and needed fresh air, the guard said it is not allowed to stand outside the clinic. A lot of stupidity is happening there and the doctor too supporting it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience & Unprofessional doctors attitude. They are just into money making business aren’t concerned about patients & its well being. We have advance booked the appointment but they are busy into letting in between seeing other patients and make us wait for 2 Hrs. We went for a simple Ultrasound & wasted our 2 hrs in waiting. They are nit concerned for what they are specialised but seeing all kind of patients out of their stream. Didn’t let even my wife to see the baby & its development.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad doctor and his attitude. He didn’t diagnose me well because of which my liver infection got so serious that I had to be admitted to Apollo. He asked me to get several tests done but didn’t even take 2 mins to see a patient. If you want to get worse then only visit him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever with them and the doctor is totally money minded. They are just into money making business aren’t concerned about patients and their emotions. I have visited them for a level II ultrasound of my wife, doctor had checked her for 5 minutes on the machine and said your baby is not moving properly. She didn't allow me to come inside to see the real situation even she didn't show this to my wife as well and said may be this is due to less growth of fetus. Before the test, At the reception the person told me that husbands are allow inside to see the screen and when I paid the money doctor has refused to allow me to come inside the room. Doctor asked us to visit again after 15 days for re-testing/ Ultrasound.
For your information, Level II ultrasound should be tested for at least 45 minutes or more and it’s a full anomaly scan which cannot be completed within 5 minutes and doctors has to put some efforts to move the fetus if it is not moving.
Just because of wrong communication from doctor, my wife got stressed. As our baby was very good in our last level I ultrasound and we are taking full care of its health. So, Same time I just visited the Apollo hospital for re-ultrasound, and they have given 3 hours to my wife they have shown me the movement of my baby on the screen and everything was very well.
I strongly recommend everyone to not to visit this Nagpal Clinic & Ultrasound as money is not important, but these people are playing with the emotions and misguiding the patient just because of a small amount of money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude and unprofessional Doctor. If u need to visit after 3 days u need to pay again. Who the hell charge within 3 days again for Consultation. Also they will force you take all medical check up unnecessarily. They hav their own lab which is Very costly. Try to avoid if u hv any other option.
