★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely annoying to post here that secretary of NDBA is the owner of the association and does not allow anyone to become member of the association. I am trying to obtain membership form since past 6 months and failed to obtain the same. He seems to be avoiding issuing forms to new persons as he does not want to loose his authority in the association. Enclosing what's app conversation.
I strongly condemn such arbitrary behaviour of the secretary and find no one where we can put up a complaint.
