★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually buy silver articles from Nakoda jewellers from past 5 years and I am very satisfied by the wide range of products.I always recommend people to buy silver from here.Have never purchased gold here.I personally believe this shop is meant for silver !!! Wherein they have huge collections which you cannot find in many other shops similar to this.Yes,little making charges are higher but you won't be fooled around prices or such.I am into the monthly scheme also which is useful to buy our favourite items by the saved money by us and which they also contribute by not making burden to customers.Overall it's a very good shop to buy silver articles !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst customer service experience among all the silver jewelry shops I've ever been to. Had given an order and they first gave a low quality silver and also they tricked in taking more service charge but the make didn't last even a month, so when we went back asking to fix it they said they'll additionally take more money to fix it. Pathetic customer service!

I had placed an order for a silver article with them. Due date given was for 25 days. Whenever I call them to enquire about the order readiness, they either say they will check and come back or they stop responding to calls.
The sad part is my money is stuck with them!!
Would suggest that people who want to place orders with them consider twice before doing so since it will not be delivered on time. Going through the other reviews online now, I understand that I am not alone in this.
