Wrost expressions. After call manager 6 time still nothing resolved.now complaint in consumer forum.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. Rude staff, I purchased a access whose handle bar was slightly bent but the service centre guys makes excuses to repair or replace.
Also due to Covid lockdown I was not able to go to the service station for free service so I asked them to increase the period of service as it was lockdown.... They give excuses no that is not the system we don't know anything our server does not allow us ....they cancelled all my free services and said we can't do anything it was not our fault as the pandemic hit.
Totally bakwaas ...Please DO NOT purchase from NAKODA SUZUKI. YOU WILL DEFINITELY REGRET YOUR DECISION.
Once the vehicle is sold from their shop you have given the money to them.....""ITS OVER"" FROM THEM.
NO service no support nothing.
Pathetic.
Suzuki guys ...you such a big company and customer care like this ?
Poor ....very very poor.
