★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The builder completed roads and garden. Statue in the garden are not durable, already wearing out. Statue's looks metallic but made from plaster of Paris. So far the maintenance is OK. Entrance is shared with Safron City, which makes it integrated part of it. The cousin brothers have the ownership of Nakshatra and Safron. mostly investors have the plots here. Builder need to ensure safety before one starts to live here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a colony development project at Super Corridor, Indore. I found it very promising place to invest or residential house. Really appreciate the theme and infrastructure quality of the project. It will become most valuable property in Indore very soon.

No development still except one or two garden work going on. Could see few workers moving here and there. I believe still not ready for a single family to think.even come and stay.
Indore property in Super.Corridor needs extremely fast development else attracting buyers will be difficult.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice infrastructure. Developing exactly same way as shown in their theme design structure. One thing for builder to keep in mind that, all things should be of high quality so that it will remain same as showing right now. Statues are off low quality. Electricity work is pending. Good township than others in that area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Still very early to review this place. But overall very good place for investment near super corridor. Designed as per the plan have 2-3 gardens inside, 2-3 km from super corridor. 7-8 houses built & ready to live since i last visited.
