★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loacation is good, but no other thing is appreciable. No proper parking, 80 % flats having seapage, water issues, the water is taken from tankers on big cost even in rainy season, no proper security, builder did not fullfill commitment as he given in his broucher

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good society at Moshi chawk . It's having presently 4 tower and rest one town is under progress . Good clean society with parking space , community hall and kids play ground . No issue of water here in summer . Advice to stay here but remember only 2BHK rooms avl . 3BHK is under preparation

Each & every amenities proposed by builder is not fulfilled.
No water 24/7 .we are paying water टँकर bills 4 /5 lac monthly. Yrly 60 lac.
Think 10 time before buying.

This is like a zopadpatti, there is no water supply in this society. Only 1 hour water supply is available throughout the day.
Each & every amenities proposed by builder is not fulfilled by builder.
Worst place to leave.
Please dont purchase flat in this society...

Paying Rs 2300 for society charges for one BHK flat which is very high. Water supply 1 hours a day.
This is like a zopadpatti, I have really taken a bad decision to purchase flat in this society. Builder committed lot of amenities , even after 5 years 90% amenities not provided by builder.
We were fooled by builder, I request think 100 times before purchasing flat in this society.
