★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall saree collection is decent enough. Rates are reasonable. Customer service needs to be improved. We entered the shop in the afternoon, air conditioner was off and nobody cared to turn it on. We were attended by a salesperson immediately and we were offered just one chair (not a problem). We were pretty quick in our selection. As we were visiting from Ambernath we asked, if they could deliver the saree after polishing it to our address via courier, they denied it. We asked whether any of there employees lives in Ambernath they denied it and asked us to take the saree without polishing/ final finishing. As we were fine with that, we still bought the saree without bargaining a single time. While we were paying at the counter, we heard two of their salesmen talking about someone who lives in Ambernath. The person on the cash counter immediately communicated in other language "don't talk about it". Unfortunately I understand and speak that language as well ?. We didn't say anything to them just looked at eachother and smiled. My mother asked them to show couple of more sarees after we paid but they didn't show much interest in it. While we were still waiting for our cab, they turned off the fan as well ?. So overall experience was not so good, will not visit again.
