★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could I would add zero star here. We went there for my wedding shopping knowing that this is the best place to get silk sarees and indeed it is. But their customer service is terrible. They had some issues with card payment and it wasn’t communicated well from their side that it takes a while or sometimes there are issues. We made payment with card and the money got deducted from our account. They said it’s not showing up on their side. They requested more proof and info so I shared my bank statement and proof that money is paid to nalli. Still they would not give our selected sarees which we made payment for already. They kept repeating the same things over and over. Terrible communication at the payment desk. No priority to customer and never even tried to understand and trust what the customer is saying. I requested them to deliver when the payment gets clear as they were not letting me take my purchased sarees. They refused to deliver. They refused to all our solutions instead said that pay the same amount again to get the sarees and they will refund when the first payment comes back. They suggested all the options and solutions in their favor and none of them were for customers favor. Unfortunately we didn’t get the sarees and still the money is deducted from my bank. I confirmed with bank three times if there is any issue from bank side or my account side but there is none. They have issue or delay at their side or at their system and we are suffering because of that. What kind of terrible service is this? Please note the amount wasn’t small that you could let it go. Before the same purchase we spent almost a lac Rupee and made a payment on the spot and still they couldn’t even trust us a bit. I am not putting my foot to any nalli location ever. Me not going wont after their business for sure but I will make sure to provide my feedback at all possible locations and all possible connections I have to make sure they don’t suffer the same. Unbelievably terrible experience and terrible day and time spent at nalli. Staff isn’t cooperating and they don’t respect customers for sure. They just want their money. Not sure how will they gain trust for long term customers. I wish I had gone to another store for my wedding shopping as this completely ruined my day and wedding shopping. Please don’t go. They don’t focus and value their customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice shop to purchase silk and kanjivaram sarees. But visit only if your budget per saree is more than 10000. All beautiful sarees price starts with minimum 15000 and range goes upto 30000 and more. So do not visit this place if you have budget of 5-6k. You will not find sufficient designs and varieties in this range.

Rare and eye catching color-combination saree that would make you stand out of the crowd. I am perfectly in love with my wedding saree. If you are planning to buy sarees for your wedding or for any other occasion do visit Nalli silks. Must say their staffs are friendly and their customer service is ?? .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent collection of silk sarees, number one place in Ahmedabad for classical dance costumes and sarees. Staff was very much cooperative, helpful and informative. Good range for synthetic silk as well as Kanchipuram silk sarees. Worth place for visiting to buy silk sarees.

No one to serve in the section been waiting for 30 minutes along with other visitors as well some of them even left as no one answered and even prohibit them from just seeing the sarees
I unfortunately am waiting as this is the only area nearby where I can get plain cotton saree
I strongly recommend DO NOT VISIT!
