★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited Kolkata Nalli after having a good experience with the Chennai Nalli shop at T Nagar, but I had a tremendous bad experience as the staff in Kolkata Nalli has zero knowledge and full attitude. They are rude to extreme power and reluctant to show dress materials to us. We waited for over 2 hours to buy something. The manager is a big Damager, he is pretty easy going with what is happening around and is ok if a customer is not satisfied, is what gave me a shock. Rather he was supporting his staff and defending them. The staff has a casual behaviour and if things go like this then I am sure that this store in Kolkata will close down soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there to shop for my sister's clothes but i do not know on what bascis this shop is operating??? We went to second floor and then waited in front of the running materials corner and had to look for a salesman for 20 mins. We drove 40 mins to reach the store, we were not offered a seat nor water. I mean who does this? So unprofessional. Then a salesman named Abhijeet came and was showing us silk materials, then he suddenly ran away and started showing other customers. We were left hanging. Ratan another salesman was too rude and did not bother showing us any materials. I believe he wanted some bribe to show us material. We shortlisted a dress material but due to the callous behaviour of the staff we later got to know that cloth is insufficient. I mean what a waste of time! Then the manager Mr. Balaji lacked empathy and was defending saying the staff was inexperienced. I mean a brand like Nalli hires inexperienced staff??? What a waste branch, i have been to the Bangalore branch and it was soo good. Very poor experience and i vow to never visit again. Highly recommended the store to my foes!!!
