BTaw I got worst experience, the behaviour of employe was very rude, although they are not using mask while communicting with people.
I don't what kind of precautions they are taking.
@owner of namanidhi kindly take this review in seriously and teach some manner and process to your employees. Hope you gona take necessary action.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad customer service, one of the employees was very rude and was behaving as if it was his own shop, when I was asking about a product's price and quantity, he was irritated and angry on me. I also got angry on him and gave him strong reply. Don't know the name of that employee but he was a tall and black guy and his body was looking like a coconut tree and he was very ugly person, his face was like a fox.
Dear owner, hope you take this review seriously and teach your employees the right manners to behave with customer and give them enough training about the products and give the product knowledge.
