★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Daylight robbery going on at Namdhari's fresh Sarjapur road.
Buy 1 item and pay for 2!! Plus get inflated bill for free !!!
Just returned from Namdhari's and thought of cross checking the items. To our surprise, we had purchased 1 specific item which was billed 2 times and another item which we had cancelled was stil billed.
I realised later, the person in front had tallied there itself and was arguing with them over counter for the exact same reason.
Not sure if the management is aware of these things happening at this premium store or not. But we won't be going back to this robbery store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yours is vegetarian and that is really good; however you must change packaging and save environment.
1)You must stop using plastic bags for packaging. Many of your vegetables such as carrots, Bhaji Mirchi, Brinjas, Corn and more.... are packed in plastic bags which are causing harm to environment.
2) you must stop packaging tomatoes in plastic nets; again harming environment.
3) You must stop using rubber bands for bundling green leaves such as corriander, palak....
4) Your store in Kaikodrahalli, Sarjapur Road, does display correct prices for vegetables many times.
For example, today I went there around 12:15 PM; Bhaji Mirchi was mentioned Rs.15 on the shelf while at billing time I was charged Rs.25.
The packet did not have the label mentioning bar code and price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am seriously upset that Namdhari is selling expired things. My mistake I trusted the brand and didn't see the use by date as I was going to use it today. Today is 7th and I bought these chapati packs which expired yesterday

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was charged for the free packet which I was supposed to get in "buy 1 get 1". I called customer care on Monday and was told no money refund can be given instead a staff will come and hand over the items worth that amount. I have been in touch with that staff since Monday. It's Friday today and it's 9 pm, the staff hasn't received my call and never shown his face. Such a pathetic, unpromising and irresponsible behaviour has been shown by the billing and the customer care staff. Wowing to never shop from Namdhari's again. To other customers also, I would suggest to tally and recheck the billing receipt once they get the items home.
Update on the above issue:
I complained and got the items worth the charged items. The staff was responsible in providing the items.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store is really good. But the main problem is there carefully curated bunch of disinterested staff members. At every instance I had seen everyone queuing up at one billing counter, while rest of the staff is generally seen chit chatting in corners. They don't take part in guiding you too the right aisle. They aren't as quick as store like More, Reliance in billing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store which opened recently is fast gaining popularity. A store which will cater to all your grocery and bakery needs. It has an excellent range of food items like cheese, beverages and many others. The store also has a cafe inside which is of absolute quality and the reason for the store to gain rapid popularity. The cafe has excellent range of bakery items such as puffs, croissants, absolute FRESH sandwiches and the most popular of all Pizzas! Their pizzas are prepared from scratch starting from the base. Pizzas are an bbsolute must try. They also have hot beverages like cappuccinos and lattes and also have cold coffee in takeaway bottles.
Parking is available for 5-6 cars only otherwise adjacent road is wide enough for a quick stop.
Overall an excellent place for most of your grocery needs and an evening snack with friends and family.
