★ ★ ★ ★ ★ How much feet away should a site be from secondary drain? Like for secondary drain the buffer area is 25m should it be 12.5m on each side from the middle of the drain or 25m each side from middle of the drain?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finally supreme court cancelled NGT buffer zone order because of namma Bangalore foundation case our lives were hell for past two years my BDA site was about 45feet away from secondary drain now i am having little peace of mind....
NBF my two cents for you before running a case do survey who gets affected most..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't know whether namma Bengaluru foundation is against Real estate developers or common people.... Each and every area in Bangalore have secondary and Teritoral drain if Ngt bufferzone defended by NBF comes to affect at least 30-40% of properties becomes illegal...
What will they do in such a huge chunk of land ??? Nothing but create slum...
No common man is happy with NBF, middle class citizens are living in fear of losing their property ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This very organization is making lives of many Common citizens hell, waiting for NGT Supreme court verdict, we are living 49Mts away from lake from past 31 years. I feel its too far and NBF claiming 75mts is laugh worthy. and yea also secondary drain is just 22Mtrs away why we need such a lengthy buffer zone around drains?
