We placed an order and got defective product and now Pranjal( the owner of Namoh collection) is putting a condition that I have to bear the cost of shipping the defective product. Pathetic service experience from Namoh collection.
I would say to all who wants to buy from this shop, that pls do not buy or pay before checking the product. When I got the defective product then supplier need to bear all the courier and replacement cost. Not a good service where they are asking customer to bear the cost of shipping the defective product. No..No from side on any future orders to this shop.
